1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and cvk44 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use cvk44, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on cvk44. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If cvk44 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any winnings or bonuses may be voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cvk44 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication for additional account security.

4 Deposits & Payments

cvk44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your cvk44 account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level.
• Deposits are credited to your cvk44 balance instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact cvk44 support with your transaction reference number.
• cvk44 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits on cvk44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvk44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on the payment provider's side is outside cvk44's control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on cvk44 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to a different account or payment method require additional verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 24 hours while identity checks are completed.
• cvk44 reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be subject to additional review and may take longer to process.

cvk44 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, if a withdrawal is returned by your payment provider due to incorrect account details, a reprocessing fee may apply.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cvk44 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus on cvk44, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳10 (may vary by market).
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• cvk44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical error.
• Bets on events affected by confirmed match-fixing will be voided and stakes returned.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games on cvk44 — including slots, live dealer games, Keno, Keno Bonus Number, Fishing Kui Li, Cat Fishing, and Gates of Olympus — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. By playing any game on cvk44, you accept the rules of that game.

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes.
• Game results are final once the round is complete. Disputes based on perceived unfairness of RNG outcomes will not be upheld.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cvk44 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
